Still have the app?

The fastest option is to open DUYONU, authenticate and go to Profile → Delete Account. Review the consequences and confirm deletion in the app.

Request account and data deletion

Use the email action above to prepare a request to [email protected]. You can also copy the address and suggested message into your email service. Delivery and handling still require verification before public launch.

You may request deletion even after uninstalling DUYONU; you do not need to reinstall the app or sign in on this website to prepare the email.

An email asks support to review your request. Deletion may proceed only after secure ownership verification and through an authorized fulfillment process. Sending the request is not confirmation that deletion has started or finished.

Verifying account ownership

Account ownership must be verified before deletion is executed. A sender email address or a supplied account identifier alone is not proof of ownership.

The secure verification procedure is awaiting approval. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, Firebase or other authentication tokens, identity documents, sensitive personal information or private relationship content. This website does not register an account or provide a separate sign-in flow.

One account, all signed-in devices

Under the approved requirements, Account Deletion must affect your Duyonu account across all signed-in devices, not only the device used to request it. This intended account-wide effect is different from signing out or uninstalling the app; its implementation still needs confirmation.

Effect on active Pairing access

The approved requirements say that Account Deletion must end the account's access to an active Pairing. The actual access-removal behavior must be verified before the web service is offered.

Associated personal data

The approved requirements call for associated personal data to be deleted according to the approved account lifecycle. Which records are affected, when deletion completes and any verified retention exceptions still need confirmation; no deletion deadline is promised here.

No deletion request is made by reading this page, and no deletion confirmation is issued here.

Shared calendar data

Removing shared calendar data is an approved Account Deletion requirement. The affected calendar records and the impact on a paired partner must be confirmed before the web service is offered.

Unpair archival is a separate operation

Approved product decisions distinguish Unpair from Account Deletion. Only eligible Mood history, Daily Question answers and results from implemented shared activities may be archived after Unpair, for up to 30 days. Shared Calendar data must be deleted on Unpair and is never part of that archive. Account Deletion must not start an automatic 30-day restoration period. These are approved requirements; their implementation has not been independently verified here.

The details of the Unpair archive policy are still awaiting review in the draft Privacy Policy.

Check your subscriptions separately

Deleting a Duyonu account should not be assumed to cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription management or cancellation may need to be completed separately through the store where you subscribed.
